How teeth straightening works

Dr Schembri uses the latest digital technology at The Smile Suite to create a treatment plan just for you that will give you straighter teeth safely and conveniently. Using clear braces, which are almost invisible, your teeth will be gently and slowly moved into position over the course of several months. They’re a very popular cosmetic dentistry tool used by dental professionals worldwide and act as a fantastic alternative to traditional metal braces. We’ll keep a check on your progress and you can contact us anytime should you have any questions. Please note that not all dental malocclusions can be treated with these systems and complex cases will need to be referred to a specialist orthodontist.

There are many teeth straightening treatment options available that can help, with two of the most popular being Invisalign Go and ClearCorrect clear aligners. These treatment options will help provide a cosmetic improvement to your smile helping to correct issues with teeth crowding, spacing, and both deep and open bites to name just a few!

Pricing tailored for you

We offer payment plans allowing you to spread the cost of your treatment. This means you can pay for the treatment you want over a period of time to suit your needs. What makes Smile Bristol different? We’re committed to providing clear and straightforward value. We aim to offer competitive pricing from the outset, avoiding the need for complex promotional offers. We also believe in individualised treatment, meaning our prices reflect the complexity of your case – simpler cases cost less, ensuring you only pay for what you need.

ClearCorrect is manufactured by Straumann Group, a global dental solutions company, while Invisalign is produced by Align Technology, a leading orthodontic company.

Both ClearCorrect and Invisalign utilize a series of custom-made clear aligners to gradually shift teeth into proper alignment.

ClearCorrect aligners are made of a proprietary ClearQuartz™ tri-layer, BPA-free plastic material, while Invisalign aligners are crafted from a patented thermoplastic material called SmartTrack®. Both materials are transparent and virtually invisible when worn.

ClearCorrect offers different product lines, including ClearCorrect One, Two, and Unlimited, which cater to various levels of orthodontic needs. Invisalign Go is similar to ClearCorrect Two in that two revisions are incorporated into the treatment plan.

Both Invisalign and ClearCorrect incorporate advanced technology, such as digital scanning, which allows for precise 3D imaging of the teeth and gums. This technology eliminates the need for traditional messy impressions.

Both clear aligner treatment options are highly effective solutions for achieving a straighter smile. In terms of the end result, both ClearCorrect and Invisalign will leave you with a cosmetic improvement of your smile; the clear aligner brand you choose is only going to affect how you get there and how much you pay. Generally speaking, ClearCorrect is a more budget-friendly option than Invisalign treatment. However, the cost will vary from person to person depending on the extent of their treatment, so it’s always best to get in touch with us for a consultation to discuss your specific circumstances.
